What “no hidden fees” can honestly mean
It means the fields are on file and they read zero — membership $0, consult $0, medication included — with a source and a date. It cannot mean “we found no fees,” because absence of a record is not absence of a fee: most of the dataset’s fee columns are still being filled by the verification sprint. Cross-check any program here against the flat-rate list (dose tiers are the biggest hidden fee of all) and the 4-week billing trap.
Best for
- Verified all-inclusive: LillyDirect, NexLife, NovoCare, Willow
Not best for
- Anyone whose provider itemizes medication separately — check the scorecard on that provider’s file for the all-in total
Unverified — listed, not ranked
114 additional programs in the dataset don’t yet have the field this ranking sorts on — they’re listed in the verification queue, not silently excluded and not silently included. Only first-party-verified rows can win a category; reported rows appear with their provenance.
