What counts: a price that no longer matches the seller's page, a basis we mislabeled, a stale promo we recorded as standing, a provider we've mischaracterized, a clinical statement that misstates its source, a broken provenance link.

How to report: email [email protected] with the page URL, what's wrong, and — ideally — a link or screenshot of the source. Anonymous reports are checked the same as named ones.

What happens: we verify against the primary source, correct the row or sentence, update its visible date, and add a line to the page-bottom correction note: date, what changed, why. Target turnaround: 72 hours for price rows, 7 days for editorial claims. Disputes about characterization (not fact) get a response, and where reasonable, a printed seller comment.

The log: corrections are never silent. When the public change history ships alongside /api/prices, every corrected figure will appear there with its old and new values.

2026-09-12 — Verified-floor sentences (site-wide). Several pages stated that the lowest first-party-verified standing rate was NexLife's $139 / $119 as if it were also the lowest verified figure. After first-party reads of Embody, SnagRx, Trimi Health and Yucca Health (September 4–12), the lowest verified figures are $119 (tirzepatide) and $69 (semaglutide) — a prepaid twelve-month supply at Embody and a checkout-dated promotion at SnagRx. Every such sentence is now computed from the dataset and states both the verified floor (with its condition) and the verified standing rate.

2026-09-12 — State pages: "top-five position" and "Aug 24 · latest check". The featured-provider paragraph on the state pages said NexLife held a top-five position in the table; on the September 12 data it is ninth by sticker. The sentence and the "latest check" stamp are now computed. The pages remain noindexed.

2026-09-12 — NexLife cancellation term. The provider file said "cancellation requires 30 days' notice" (read 2026-08-24). The plan page read 2026-09-12 states plans "may be canceled at any time"; both readings are now on the file with their dates.

2026-09-12 — NexLife microdose and ODT rows. Microdose cards announced September 1 were recorded as verified while the program page's plan tiles still printed the prior card; they are now recorded as reported until the tiles match. The ODT program pages returned 404 on September 4 and 5; those rows are reported.

2026-09-12 — Editor's picks. The pick bar was computed from verified floors of any kind, which after this pass would have listed two conditional rates without saying so. It now lists the three lowest verified standing rates under a rule printed on the methodology page and on the bar.

2026-08-26 — LillyDirect (Zepbound vials). We recorded self-pay pricing as $349–$499/month; Lilly’s live coverage-and-savings page shows dose tiers of $299 (2.5 mg) / $399 (5 mg) / $449 (7.5–15 mg) under conditional Self Pay Journey terms, with regular prices of $499–$699 if refill conditions are missed, stated through 2026-12-31. Corrected in the dataset with the conditions attached; caught by the 2026-08-25 verification report one day after we recorded the wrong figures.

2026-08-26 — NovoCare (Wegovy). We recorded “$199/month at every dose.” The live page shows $199 applies to qualifying new-patient initial fills, with $349/month ongoing — and the Wegovy pill is a separate product with $149/$199/$299 dose tiers and an August 31, 2026 promotion boundary at 4 mg. Corrected and split into injection and oral rows.

2026-08-26 — NexLife (sublingual semaglutide ODT, flag not a fix). NexLife’s quarterly page displays “$597 today” alongside “$185/mo”; 3×$185 is $555 and $597÷3 is $199, so the two figures conflict. We have flagged the row, annotated the provider file, and asked NexLife whether the charge is $555, $597, or $185 plus disclosed fees — we will not infer the answer.
